Wells Tavern Farm has two Jersey dairy cows. They are beautiful registered ladies, both of whom are milking lots of creamy, tasty milk for nourishing their calves, the pigs, chickens, and the farmers.

 

 



It is very exciting for the farmers on the farm to have Jerseys back on the place -- we sold our milking herd of registered Jerseys in 1995, and the ensuing years seem like an eternity... but they're baacckk!
