We are raising Buff Orpington and White Rock hens for egg laying. Additionally, we have started a new flock of  Australorp (black) hens who should begin laying brown eggs in the middle of winter.
We also maintain a flock of heritage breed Pilgrim geese, and one Chinese goose, named "Mrs. Goosey."
 
   
* In the Pilgrim breed, the grey geese are the females and the white are the males.
 
Pilgrim Goose: A Gander is a male goose, below in the picture, he is standing, along with the black billed "Mrs. Goosey" (below left)  and three heritage breed Lilac Turkey hens (below right)t)  

WE DO NOT HAVE TURKEY AVAILABLE IN 2011.

We will raise turkey again for 2012.
